#essentialoils #christmasblends #christmasoils #youngliving

Many of you are interested in knowing more about the healing benefits of the Christmas collection. Many oils maximum benefits are obtained when diffused with other complimentary oils, however I appreciate that it might not be the right time for you to purchase multiple oils. This blog is going to look at both the benefits of individual oils, and then conclude with the benefits of some popular holiday blends. As always please ask questions about this post, or other topics you would like to learn more about.

Below are some popular and highly recommended blends and their benefits.

Grounding

The blended combination of White Fir, Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang, Pine, and other essential oils make this oil a wonderful edition to any holiday collection. Grounding is said to help remove negativity from the enviroment, and help contribute to a calming and relaxing enviroment. The scents of the forest also make this a wonderful blend to diffuse around your tree.

Idaho Grand Fir

The Native Americans use the oils of the Idaho Grand Fir to promote deep breathing and well being. The relaxing and nostalgic benefits of this oil make it the perfect oil for our YL Diffuser Ornament.

Peppermint

Everyone is familiar with the smell of peppermint. Candy cane anyone? However diffusing peppermint also creates a relaxing enviroment that is good for for focus, and is often recommend to diffuse around children doing homework. In our home we diffuse peppermint when someone is feeling nauseous as well. In addition you can add peppermint to a carrier oil and rub directly into the abdomen for help with nausea and intestinal issues. I recommend peppermint as an oil that clients keep on hand year around.

Winter Nights

Winter Nights is a Young Living Essential Oil Blend that combines the benefits of Northern Lights Black Spruce, Peppermint, Cedarwood, and Orange. It is identified as a relaxing nostalgic inducing blend, however within the blend you receive many of the benefits of the oils that it is made of. In addition to the benefits of peppermint above, you will also receive the uplifting and mood boosting benefits of Orange. Together the oils of Winter Nights create a happy relaxing atmosphere in your home.

Cinnamon Bark

You simply can not go wrong with the smell of cinnamon during the holidays, and you can mix it with so many other scents for amazing combinations. The benefits of Cinnamon Bark will come when you diffuse it with other Young Living Products, and I recommend you try it with Clove, Frankincense, Nutmeg, Orange, or Tangerine. Frankincense is one of our most powerful oils, as it has strong anxiety reducing properties. A very small amount of Frankincense diffused with cinnamon back will create a relaxing yet festive mood within your home.

Pine

Diffuse the scent of pine in your home to uplift spirits, improve mood, and transport yourself to your favorite Christmas Tree Farm.

Below are six recommended oils to add a touch of wonder to your home during the holidays. I am happy to answer questions about what to blend, how to blend, and recommended diffusers. Send me a message and we can chat.

Christmas Spirit™ taps into the happiness, joy, and comfort associated with the holiday season. It combines Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Spruce to create a warm, spicy, and sweet Christmas essential oil blend that’s sure to be loved by everyone in the family.

During autumn and the holiday season, there’s no smell like Cinnamon Bark to evoke memories of fall and holiday celebrations. Diffuse Cinnamon Bark in your kitchen and living room to create a warm, comforting, and inviting environment for your family and guests.

Orange essential oil has a juicy aroma reminiscent of the fresh fruit. Orange oil offers a sweet, peaceful aroma that can fill a room with a sense of peace, harmony, and creativity.

Nutmeg has a warm, spicy aroma that is energizing and uplifting. Nutmeg blends well with other oils such as Orange, Clary Sage, any Eucalyptus, and Ginger.
